Who we are

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us — for example by submitting a contact or enquiry form, or by requesting a document. That typically means your name, work email address, organisation, role, and whatever you write in your message.

This site does not have user accounts, comments, or logins, and we do not ask visitors to create one.

How we use it

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss the equipment or project you asked about. If you separately and explicitly opt in, we may also send you occasional updates about our work — that consent is always a distinct, unticked choice, never bundled into an enquiry, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else can see it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. Where a form is used, the submission is delivered to our own email and to the tool we use to manage enquiries. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside Thailand.

Cookies and analytics

At present this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We intend to introduce website analytics, and when we do, this page will be updated and you will be asked for consent first, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than is reasonable for that purpose.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Contactinfo@medi-thailand.com and we will respond.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
