John P. Doumitt brings 20+ years of experience in PET GMP facility design, construction management, logistics, and general operations. He has served as Logistics Manager and Director of Field Operations for Syncor (Cardinal Health) and led a $15M operations upgrade program for IBA Molecular to meet FDA-mandated GMP standards. His project history includes advising a global contract research organization on a pre-clinical imaging center — concept to completion in 10 months — and designing the GMP KKUH and NGHA Jeddah radiopharmaceutical production facilities.

Her involvement grounds MED I (Thailand)’s radiopharmacy and molecular imaging programs in the standards and regulatory expectations of the Thai medical physics community.

Rub Nawaz is Manager of the Department of PET-CT Cyclotron & Radiochemistry and Head of Research & Scientific Collaborations at his home institution, and a Senior Clinical Application Specialist for PET/CT, CT & MRI with BIOS Pakistan (United Imaging Healthcare). He consults on PET-CT and cyclotron facility design, shielding, and equipment procurement, and supervises production and quality control of organ-specific radiopharmaceuticals — including 18F-PSMA 1007, 18F-FLT, 18F-FES, 18F-NaF, and 18F-Choline — using Neptis synthesis modules. He completed ABT factory training on cyclotron operations and radiochemistry in Knoxville, Tennessee, and holds PNRA certification for quality assurance of medical imaging modalities.
